Aimpoint Micro T2
The Aimpoint Micro T2 also uses a CR-2032 battery, but in Micro T2, it functions better. As I stated before, the lifespan depends on two factors, such as usage and brightness, so CR2032 performs better in Micro T2.
The battery of Aimpoint Micro T2 will survive for more than five years in medium settings and for ten years if used in night vision settings. Since Aimpoint Micro T2 has a better battery lifespan, it outperforms the Duty RDS.

Though these two sights do not come in the category of the budget-friendly range still, many shooters are getting these sights due to their excellent performance. Investing in one of these sights will make the journey worthwhile.
Downsides Of Aimpoint Duty RDS Vs Micro T2
Aimpoint Duty RDS and Micro T2 have drawbacks almost equal to none. The Aimpoint Duty RDS and Micro are expensive sights depending on the number of features. Other than this, the drawbacks depend on the shooters. For instance, I did not find any drawback in these two sights. They do lack a few features that other sights have, but overall, Aimpoint Duty RDS and Micro T2 are good sights.

My final statement is in favor of the Aimpoint Micro T2 because it is a tough sight that performs well in all situations. It features Aluminum body construction, provides unlimited eye relief, and night vision compatibility, and has an anti-reflex coating, etc.
It has a 2 MOA red dot for high precision and is powered by a CR2032 battery. Compared to the Aimpoint Duty RDS, it is lighter and has better dimensions. In addition, it has 12 different illumination settings and a universal mount for mounting.
